on the LTD city bus

unfortunately LTD lost state funding that provided free transit passes to students in grades 6-12.
instead, LTD will require paid fare for students in order to maintain existing bus routes and service.

free LTD Youth Pass in September
to help families arrange school transportation, LTD will provide free September passes to grade 6-12 students. the September passes are available in the point2point Solutions flyers at participating schools.

buy an LTD Youth Pass October - June       
beginning October, 1, 2011, students must pay to ride LTD. youth fares are half the price of adult fares.
one-way ride                              75¢
round-trip and day pass           $1.50

if your student rides LTD frequently, you can save money by purchasing a one-month or three-month youth pass.
one-month youth pass                $24
three-month youth pass              $65

some high schools are selling LTD passes on site; check with your school. you also can purchase passes at LTD Customer Service located at 11th Avenue and Willamette Street in Eugene. call LTD Customer Service at 541-687-5555 (7-1-1 TTY) for more information.

safety tip:  cross streets behind the LTD bus after you get off so you can see oncoming traffic!
